Sara Pereira - Founder & President

Sara heads up all planning, strategy and account management at Pereira PR. Prior to founding the firm, Sara worked in the media industry at NUVO Magazine. She served a three year term on the Board of Directors for the BC Association for Magazine Publishers. Sara has provided PR services to dozens of companies and not-for profit organizations. She volunteers her time as a mentor with the YWCA and Immigrant Services Society of BC. In 2009, Sara founded “The PR Group” to bring together PR professionals seeking a new approach to the craft.  When she isn’t working, Sara can be found walking her morkie through Yaletown (cliché and proud).

Nicole Hall - Associate

Nicole heads up all research, campaign management and events services at Pereira PR. She graduated from the BCIT Marketing Management program, with a focus on communications and events. Nicole enjoys ongoing work with various charitable organizations such as Light the Night for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada and Movember.  She is also a member of Young Executives for Success (YES!) where she chairs the events committee. Nicole has managed client launches, events, and media tours, and regularly rubs shoulders with media at events. When she isn’t working, Nicole can be found trolling Kitsilano for the newest dining hotspots.

Tara Padidar - Account Coordinator

Tara is the resident wordsmith at Pereira PR. With a BA from UBC she began her work with Pereira PR as an intern, but quickly rose in the ranks as her writing skills continually led to client successes. Tara manages overall creative and client content and works behind the scenes on all finer details of client accounts. When she isn’t working, Tara enjoys life in the lively West End of Vancouver.
